Ebola is a topic that has became rather scary. Fear and panic continue to spread around the country. One current case is a woman from Maine being held in New Jersey airport to be quarantined for 21 days. She is so upset with this fact that she is attempting to sue New Jersey. She had recently returned home from West Africa were she was a nurse helping to prevent the disease from spreading, and caring for patients. The president agrees that she should not be quarantined there and at least be permitted to her home. I on the other hand believe it is a proper precaution. I think this should continue to apply to all that come back from West Africa. This will protect our country from the deadly virus. Although Obama has shown confidence by taking photos with such nurses, I do not feel so safe. He has appointed an Ebola czar who has no medical back round, leading us to question, does the president have a concrete idea of what to do about Ebola?
President Barack Obama greets Nina Pham, a Dallas nurse diagnosed with Ebola after caring for an infected patient in Texas, in the Oval Office, Oct. 24.
