Will war ever end ?

In my opinion I think its natural for humans to want to be the most power during conflict and we tend to use violence as our first resort. History repeats itself so were never going to learn from our mistakes and realize that there's more options than war. When we get into altercations it always seems that you need to be stronger and more powerful to gain success when in other countries, historical figures such as Gandhi used peaceful protest to prove his point but I don't think the United States would ever resort to something like that. If we tried alternative ways instead of war we would save a lot of life's, money, supplies and homes, etc. By continuing war we are hurting our country and ruining our chances at world peace
