Will War Ever End?

In my opinion, no, it will not end, or at least no time in the near future. War has been going on for too many years to just suddenly end it now. Its the only way people seem to know how to end conflicts, by starting more conflict. It can’t end now, because people have just become accustomed to it, having a problem with something, not getting what they want, and taking action against the people who conflict with their ideas and opinions. I’m not saying that war is irrelevant and should just stop, because warring gave us our independence and our freedom, but must everyone go to war over everything? It is not always the answer, yet there’s never a time where there is no war happening anywhere in the world. War happens too frequently and widely to ever make it really go away.

Not only does it happen so often, but so carelessly. Bombing thousands of innocent women and children and elderly? Sure, no problem, as long as you kill the 50 “bad guys”. This is the mind set of too many people. When did it become okay to take away so many lives, innocent or not, just to prove your point? It’s okay to have strong opinions on something, but to let it go as far as taking away human’s lives, it makes you wonder just how humane we really are. We’re in too deep for it to end now, there’s no saving our world from war.
